Directions for use

Support: clean concrete or mortar, free of bituminous residues, paints, release oils, and fats. Firm, rough, and without slurry. Do not apply over products modified with synthetic resins or water-repellent treatments. Wet carefully to saturation before application. Mixing: always add water to Impercemt and mix with a low-speed drill (250 rpm) until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Do not prepare more material than can be applied in 20 minutes. Remove water accumulations. Application: mixing, apply in two crossed layers with a brush, roller, or projection. Before the first layer has hardened (3-4 h), apply the second. In the presence of leaks, seal beforehand with Net-Vias.

Safety

Contains cement. Reacts with water generating alkaline substances. Do not ingest.

A compound based on acrylic copolymers that is completely waterproof and incorporates a fiberglass reinforcement. This reinforcement improves the cracking behavior at singular points: cracks, drains, half-rounds, and other vulnerable points.

Sealpul 250

Waterproof polyurethane membrane

Elastic liquid-applied polyurethane membrane. Once applied, it creates a membrane that seals, protects, and waterproofs surfaces, providing long-lasting waterproofing as it cannot be dissolved in water. It has very high elasticity and is not affected by sunlight. It is used to achieve a perfect seal in contact with water and can be walked on after 24 hours.
