A compound based on acrylic copolymers that is completely waterproof. Designed to solve waterproofing problems on roofs and terraces, as well as in numerous construction finishes. Its special formulation gives it high resistance to different types of aggressions (saline, fungi, etc.).

Directions for use

Apply a minimum of three crossed coats, preferably in different colors to avoid failures. Between coats, wait for the paint to be dry to the touch (approx. 3 h at 20 °C; drying time increases with lower temperatures and higher humidity). Recoatable after 24 h. Total curing in 15 days. QuimicaSur recommends reinforcing with Mallasnet on surfaces larger than 25 m², according to UNE 53-410-87. On old or cracked terraces and roofs, reinforcement is essential.

Safety

Do not paint in rain or threat of rain or with temperatures below 5 °C. Do not ingest.

  • S2 Keep out of reach of children.
  • S24/25 Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
  • S29 Do not dispose of waste in drains.
  • S51 Use in well-ventilated areas.

Waterproof polyurethane membrane

Elastic liquid-applied polyurethane membrane. Once applied, it creates a membrane that seals, protects, and waterproofs surfaces, providing long-lasting waterproofing as it cannot be dissolved in water. It has very high elasticity and is not affected by sunlight. It is used to achieve a perfect seal in contact with water and can be walked on after 24 hours.
