Solvent-based sealing for floors

Solvent-based acrylic sealer, suitable for the treatment of cement, concrete, terrazzo, natural stone, facing bricks or hard floors. Provides liquid and dust repellency, compacts cement and aggregate particles, increases mechanical resistance to abrasion and wear, and exhibits high chemical resistance to acids, alkalis, fats, and oils.

Directions for use

Ensure that the surface is dry and clean. If the surface is not very porous, treat it with a 5–8% solution of Limpiacem to open pores. Once clean and dry, apply the first coat with a roller; the second can be applied 30 minutes to 1 hour later. We recommend applying in several thin and homogeneous layers so that the solvent evaporates before drying and no occlusions occur.

Composition

Aromatic organic diluents and acrylic copolymer.

Safety

Contains toluene. Easily flammable. Irritates the skin. Keep away from all flames or sources of sparks.

  • S16 Keep away from all flames or sources of sparks. No smoking.
  • S36/37 Wear suitable protective clothing and gloves.

  • S2 Keep out of the reach of children.
