Fibra-net

100% virgin polypropylene fiber

100% virgin polypropylene fiber manufactured with the latest extrusion and spinning systems, which provides high quality and characteristics that make it the ideal complement for adding to concrete and mortars.

Applications

  • Industrial pavements and industrial floors
  • High-strength concretes (dikes, docks, airstrips)
  • Tunnels and roads
  • Mortars and precast concrete

Features

  • 01

Significantly reduces the risk of explosive spalling

  • 02

    Reduces permeability and exudation

  • 03

Moderate increase in tensile, compressive, and flexural strength

  • 04

Reduces plastic settlement and inhibits shrinkage cracking

  • 05

    Retards evaporation

  • 06

Increases durability and resistance to impact and abrasion

  • 07

    Eliminates corrosion damage

Directions for use

Add Fibra-Net dry or after water. Compatible with any mixer. Mixing time: approximately 50 seconds/m³ in a concrete mixer and 30-45 seconds/m³ in a plant. For high-strength concretes, dose 1 kg/m³.
